Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Notice: Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of browser extension licenses, all paid subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Please evaluate our extensions using the Free Starter tier before subscribing.

1. No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

Harmi Extenions provides instantly accessible software extensions (such as Broxy Pro and FlowNit Pro). Once a subscription is created or a license key is provisioned, you gain immediate, irrevocable access to the software. Consequently, we do not offer refunds, prorated credits, or returns under any circumstances once a transaction is completed.

2. Try Before You Buy (Free Starter Tiers)

To ensure our tools meet your daily workflow requirements, we provide fully functional Free tiers for all extensions:

Broxy: Free plan allows testing with up to 2 proxy profiles and manual pattern switching.
FlowNit: Free starter allows testing spreadsheet uploads and form population runs.

We strongly recommend thoroughly testing the free version in your preferred browser (Chrome or Firefox) before purchasing a paid tier.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Billing

You may cancel recurring monthly or annual billing at any time online with a single click. When you cancel, you will maintain full Pro access until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle, after which your subscription will expire without further charges.

4. Billing Support & Erroneous Charges

If you experience an accidental duplicate payment or a technical billing discrepancy, contact our billing operations team within 7 days at support@harmiextensions.com and we will investigate and correct any duplicate charge immediately.
